Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information NexioByte Digital collects when you use our website — especially our Free Audit tool — and what we do (and don't do) with it.
1What We Collect
When you submit our Free Audit form, we collect only what you type into it:
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your website URL (if you provide one)
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data through this form.
2How We Use It
The information you submit is used for exactly two purposes:
- To generate your website/marketing audit and show it to you
- To follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your audit results and our services
Your submission is saved to a private Google Sheet accessible only to the NexioByte team, and a copy is sent to our business email. We do not use this data for any purpose beyond what's described above.
3Cookies & Tracking
As of this update, NexioByte Digital's website does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what's added and why.
4Do We Share Your Data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your details stay between you and NexioByte.
5How We Protect It
Your submissions are stored in access-controlled Google systems (Sheets and Gmail) tied to our business account, and our website connects to our backend services over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is 100% risk-free, but we don't take shortcuts with how your information is handled.
6Your Rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Delete your information from our records
Just reach out using the contact details below and we'll act on it promptly.
7Changes to This Policy
If we update how we collect or use information — for example, if we add analytics tools in the future — we'll update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
