The Free Audit is a starting point, not a substitute for a full manual audit. It's meant to highlight quick opportunities — for a complete strategy, our team follows up with a deeper, human-reviewed assessment.
Paid Services
Any paid work — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB optimization, social media management, or website design — is governed by a separate agreement or contract specific to that engagement, covering scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms. These general Terms of Service don't override a signed service agreement; where the two differ, your specific contract takes precedence.
We don't currently have a blanket refund policy for services, since terms are set per project in the service agreement. Refund conditions, if any, will be spelled out clearly in that agreement before you commit to anything.
Content & Ownership
All content on this website — including design, code, graphics, and written material — is owned by NexioByte Digital unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish our content without asking us first.
For client project work, ownership of final deliverables (like a completed website or ad creatives) is defined in the individual service agreement for that project.
No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing outcomes — rankings, traffic, leads, ad performance — depend on many factors outside our full control, including platform algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. We work honestly and transparently toward strong results, but we don't promise specific numbers we can't control.
Limitation of Liability
NexioByte Digital isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website or the Free Audit tool. For paid services, liability terms are addressed in the specific service agreement for that project.
